Donation Revenue Worksheets
The Rosemount Jaycees donated $600.00 in 1993 to help with the cost of the Fun Run T-Shirts. At the
time the t-shirts were purchased, City funds were used, while the donation was put into our donation
account. At this time we are requesting that the City Council authorize the transfer of $587.64 from our
donation account #101-22223.6 to the general account #101-45100-01-439 for the purpose of buying staff
shirts that are used by our part time seasonal and summer staff employees.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the expenditure of $587.64 for staff shirts and to
approve the amendments to the budgets as given on the attached donation revenue worksheet.
