ATTACHMENTS: REPORT APPROVED BY: Attached for City Council approval is the 1996 Pay Equity Implementation Report. The city's report must be filed with the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations by January 31, 1996. The computer generated program shows all positions and salary information as of December 31, 1995. The software program also indicates that the Department of Employee Relations should find the city "in compliance." The underpayment ratio needs to be at least 80 %, and the city's is 320 %. The computer program also indicates the city has met the salary range test and exceptional service pay test. The city's next compliance report will be due in three years.
