SUBJ: Community Resource Coordinator
This morning Parks & Recreation Director Jim Topitzhofer and I met with James
Steckart and reviewed the independent contractor agreement with him. Mr. Steckart is
the person the selection committee agreed upon as the right candidate for this important
position.
Attomey Mary Dobbins from Holmes & Graven drafted the contract. Mr. Steckart is in
agreement with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Jim Topitzhofer will discuss this in further detail with the city council if requested to do
