The City Council, city staff, and the residents of the City of Rosemount would like to thank Mayor McMenomy
for his two terms as mayor and City Councilmember Staa.ts for his term. Staff appreciates the time and
direction given by your suggestions and action taken on the many planning issues put before this council.
We know we will continue to have your support and confidence as Rosemount faces future changes and
development issues with the new city council.
Thank you for giving of your time and talents for the past four years.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Award plaques to Mayor E.B. McMenomy and Councilmember James"Red" Staats.
COUNCIL ACTION:
