This item requests the ninth payment to Richard Knutson, Inc. in the amount of
511,277.76 for construction of City Project No. 256, Rosemount Business Park, Phase
1 A Street and Utilities. -
Work completed and represented in this amount as of October 24, 1995 was 96% of the
contracted work. Payment No. 9 is for bituminous wear coarse, pavement striping, re-
sodding and miscellaneous work. Only Punch List items remain for completion. The
work has been inspected and is in compliance with contract documents.
Attached is a copy of the Pay Estimate for your information. Staff recommends approval
of this ninth payment request. A final pay request will be forthcoming in January, 1996.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT #9 TO RICHARD KNUTSON,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF S 11,277.76 FOR ROSEMOUNT BUSINESS PARK, PHASE 1 A
STREET AND UTILITIES IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #256.

Attached is Application for Payment No.9 for the above referenced project. The amount due this �
application is$11,277.76. This brings the total amount earned by the contractor on the project to
$970,503.32,which is about 96% of the total contract amount.T'he work done during this period
includes the installation of the bituminous wear course, pavement striping, resodding and
miscellaneous work. The remaining work to be completed consists of punch list items. In addition,
the contractor is in the process of obtaining lien waivers and other close-out documents.
