Mr. Gordon 5ather owns the property formerly owned by Olga 51rese. The approximate 215
feet of frontage is large enough to crea.te a separate lot for residential use. The public hearing
is required for the subdivision.
On December 12, 1995, the Planning Commission reviewed the request and recommended
approval after a brief discussion.

Recommended Action: MOTION to schedule a public hearing to hear testimony regarding
the proposed administrative plat requested by Mr. Gordon 5ather for 8:00 p.m. or as soon as
possible thereafter on January 2, 1996.
