State Law restricts public meetings between 6 p.m. and S p.m. on
November 7, 1995, the Municipal Election Day. Election precincts are open
between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Therefore, staff recommends that the regular City Council meeting on
November 7, 1995 begin at 8 :00 p.m.
RECO�ENDED ACTION:
MOTION to change the start time of the regular City Council meeting on
November 7, 1995 to 8:00 p.m. due to the municipal election.
