A preliminary plat application has been submitted to the Planning Department for the Shannon
Meadows single family subdivision proposal which concerns the former Stresey property and
portions of the Burkhalter property. Council is being asked to set the public hearing, as required, in
advance of the Planning Commission and City Council Review sequence in an effort to consolidate
mailings for both meetings and, further, to provide additional advance notice for the Planning
Commission"Public Information Meeting."
Recommended Action: A MOTION to set a public hearing to hear testimony regarding the
Shannon Meadows Fina1 Planned Unit Development, rezoning from AG Agriculture to R-1
� Single Family Residential, and the Shannon Meadows Preluninary Plat for'hiesday, November
2�, 1995 at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
