SUBJECT: Agenda Changes for March 21, 1995 and
Additional Information '
1. We have been contacted by Attorney Tim Cook who represents Richard
Knutson Construction in regard to the bid rejections on the Consent
Agenda, Item 4.k. Mr. Cook would like to make a brief explanation
before Council action is taken. Sta.ff suggests moving Item 4.k. Rejecting
Bids, Biscayne Avenue Street & Utilities Improvement, City Project 249,
to the Department Heads Report, Item 3.b. for Mr. Cook's presentation.

2. A meeting was held today providing additional information for the Public
Hearing - Dodd/Shannon/145th Street Triangle Rezoning. See attached.
