MNDOT gave prelimmary approval for the following streets to be added to the MSA system: • Chippendate Avenue from CSAH 42 to 145th Street (Jength 2,700') • 132nd Street from Dodd Blvd to State TH 3 (length 630'} Staff recommends the adoption of the resolution as stated. After Council action is taken Staff will send the resolution to MNDOT. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE-AID STREETS, CHIPPENDALE AVENUE (MSA SEGMENT 107) FROM 145TH STREET WEST TO CSAH 42 AND 132ND STREET (MSA SEGMENT 105? FROM DODD BLVD TO STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY 3. COUNCIL ACTION: 1 . CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 1995 - A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE-AID STREETS CMIPPENDALE AVENUE (MSA SEGMENT 107) FROM 145TH STREET WEST TO CSAH 42 AND 132ND STREET (MSQ SEGMENT 1051 FROM DODD BLVD. TO STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY 3 WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Rosemount that the streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal State-Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota Law. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount that the roadways described as follows, to-wit: • Chippendale Avenue from CSAH 42 to 145th Street West • 132nd Street from Dodd Blvd. to State Trunk Highway 3 be, and hereby are established, located and designated Municipal State-Aid streets of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copied of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designatian of said streets or portions thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal State-Aid streets of the City of Rosemount, as the foltowing Municipal State-Aid streets: • Chippendale Avenue from CSAH 42 to 145th Street West • 132nd Street frorn Dodd Blvd. to State Trunk Highway 3 ADOPTED this 21 st day of March, 1995. The following Municipal State Aid Street designations were approved: Extension of Msas 107 - Chippendate from 145th St. W. to CSAH 42. Extension of Msas 105 - Dodd Blvd. to TH 3. The following Municipal State Aid Street revocations were apprnved: � r� �-� Payback is required. The amount of payback is r—� L—� All necessary requirements have been met for the designation. The following documents must be submitted before further processing can occur: k� Certified Council Resolution from the Ciry. Send Council Resolution to the above address. * Submittal of road data for needs by either paper road data sheets or by computer if update was not sent to the District State Aid Engineer. Routes designated can receive needs in 1995 providing a council resolution is received by May l. A Commissioner's Order will follow after all requirements are met. Also, included are the road data sheets for these additions. We received preliminary approval of these additions in a memo from you dated March 2, 1995.
