On September 26, 1995the Planning Commission recommended approval of the concept for a
mixed use PUD proposed by Chippendale Partners. The property consists of 77 acres and is
located along the south side of County Road 42, between Chippendale Avenue and Shannon
Parkway.
The public hearing is required for Council review and action regarding the mixed use concept
PUD. Many comments were received by the Planning Commission at their September 26, 1995
meeting. A summary of those comments will be included in the review materials for the public
hearing.
Recommended Action: A MOTION to schedule a public hearing to hear testimony regarding
the concept for a mi�ced use planned unit development proposed by Chippendale Partners for
8:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Tuesday, November 7, 1995.
