On September 26, 1995 the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed concept for a General
Industrial Planned Unit Development for AAA Auto Salvage, 2596 160th Street West. The PUD
includes expansion of the auto salvage business onto an additional ten acres that will be combined ',
with the e�sting property and the construction of a 30,000 square foot multi-use building on the
expansion area. A public hearing is required for Council review and action regarding the concept. '
Recommended Action: A MOTION to schedule a public hearing to hear testimony regarding the
proposed General Industrial Planned Unit Development for AAA Auto Salvage at 8:30 p.m. or as '
soon thereafter as possible on November 7, 1995. '

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council of the Ciiy of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing '
to consider the item listed below on Tuesday,November 7, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the '
City Ha11, 2875 145th Street West, beginning at 8:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. This ;
public hearing pertains to property generally located at 2595 160th Street West and includes an '
additional ten acres of land adjacent to the east and located within the City of Rosemount. This public '
hearing will be conducted for the application as listed below:
