In return NSP charges the City a very low rate all other times. Well #7 is the only source that qualifies for this agreement other than the Cornmunity Center. This saves the City considerable electrieal charges and its use of Well #7. City Attorney has reviewed the agreement. Staff recommends action as stated below.
