Approved By: The Council is asked to set public hearings for the preliminary plat and final development plan for Wensmann's proposed residential PUD for the "Triangle" between Dodd Blvd., Shannon Parkway and 145th Street West. Staff has been meeting with the developer to discuss phasing options and resolve previously identified issues. The recommended location of the fire station will have a separate parcel to be considered as a future phase for development if a referendum fails. . Recommended Action: A MOTION to set a date for a public hearing to hear testimony regarding the preliminary plat and the final development plan for Wensmann's residential proposal in the "Triangle" for 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible on Tuesday, September 19, 1995.
