Mayor McMenomy has asked that a member of the City Council or Councilmember-elect Carroll consider taking
over his position on the MPCA/Koch Refining Task Force. The purpose of this committee is to design and .
review research activities to determine whether Koch Refinery is a health risk to neighboring communities. An
elected official typically serves on this committee. Please consider serving on this committee.
