Mr. Marlon L. Danner has submitted an application for a 1996 Mineral Extraction Pernut for
property owned by Richard and Ramona Cordes at 4594 145th Street East. The 75-acre parcel is
located south of County Road 42 and is adjacent to Otto Ped's property on the west side. At this
time, Planning staff is requesting the City Council set a public hearing for Council and gublic review
for this application.
Recommended Action: A MOTION to schedule a public hearing for the Maxlon L. Danner
application for a 1996 Mineral Extraction Pernut on 1996 on Tuesday, December 19, 1995 at 8:00
p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council of the City of Rosemount will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, December 19, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875
145th Street West, beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The purpose of
this hearing is to receive public comment on the application received from Danner, Inc. for a
Mineral Extraction Permit for 1996 pertaining to property located at 4594 145th Street East
and legally described as follows:
The West Eight-five(85) acres of the Southwest Quarter(SW%4) of Section Twenty-nine(29)
Township One Hundred Fifteen(115),Range Eighteen(18), except the North Seventy-five(75)
rods of the West Twenty-one and one-third(21-�/3)rods thereof.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the application received from
Richard C. and Ramona A. Cordes for a Mineral Extraction Permit for 1996 as required in
Ordinance
Persons wishing to comment on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at the City
Council Public Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, December 19, 1995 at 8:00 .�m. Formal
written comments will be accepted prior to the public hearing date. Please forward all
comments and inquiries to the Planning Division of the Community Development
Department.
