Mr. Lance Johnson is requesting a renewal of his Mineral Extraction Permit for 1996. His property
' is located on County Road 71, north of I35th Street East. We are requesting the City Council set a
public hearing for Council and public review for this application.
Recommended Action: A MOTION to schedule a public hearing for the Lance 7ohnson request
for Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal for 1996 on Tuesday,December 19, 1995 at 8:00 p.m. or
as soon thereafter as possible.
