Dakota County 40 & 8 club is requesting a temporary on-sale beer license for their annual chicken
barbecue on 7uly 29 and July 30, 1995, in connection with Leprechaun Days. They wiil be required to ask
beer drinkers to drink within the picnic shelter area or underneath a tent which is the same as last year.
The location is the American Legion Grounds, 14590 Burma Avenue, across from City Hall.
Staff recommends approval.

MOTION to approve issuance of a Temporary On-Sale Noninto�cating Ma1t Liquor License to Dakota
County 40 & 8, Voiture 1457 for July 29 and 30, 1995, subject to the City receiving the required '
certificate of liquor liability insurance.
