This item requests the seventh payment to Richard Knutson, Inc. in the amount of
S 15,487.68 for construction of City Project No. 256, Rosemount Business Park, Phase
1 A Street and Utilities.
Work completed and represented in this amount as of April 24, 1995 was 92% of the
contracted work. Payment No. 7 is for manhole, catch basin, storm sewer, subgr�de
excavation and pavement painting work. Work that remains includes bituminous wear
course, trees, shrubs and punch list items. The work has been inspected and is in
compliance with contract documents.
Attached is a copy of the Pay Estimate for your information. Staff recommends approval
of this seventh payment request.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT N0. 7 TO RICHARD KNUTSON,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,487.68 FOR ROSEMOUNT BUSINESS PARK, PHASE 1A
STREET AND UTILITIES IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #256.

Attached is Application for Payment No. 7 for the above referenced project. The amount due this
application is$15,487.68. This brings the total amount earned on the project to$932,793.60,which
is about 92% of the total contract amount. The remaining work to be completed includes the
bituminous wear course,trees,shrubs and punch list items.
