The Jubilee food store at 3400 150th Street West, Rosemount, has been sold to Gateway Foods, Inc.
through Fleming Companies, Inc., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Their attorney, 7ohn M. Thompson has
applied for a license to sell cigarettes at retail at the 7ubilee store. Cigarettes will not be sold until the day
following the approval of this license. The normal license runs from January to December 31 so the fee is
prorated.
Upon completion of all fmal paper work, staff recommends approval.
RECOMIV�NDED ACTION:
MOTION to approve the License to Sell Cigarettes At Retail for Gateway Foods, Inc. at the Jubilee
Foods, 3400 150th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota.
