According to the donation policy, council must approve the expenditure from the donation account. Please consider the
following transfer.
The Rosemount 7aycees donated $3,195.00 to purchase benches for the banquet room patio at the Communiry Center.
Engraved plates with an inscription would be affixed to the six benches as requested by the Rosemount 7aycees. The
funds expended will cover the expenses of the benches, engraved plates and concrete work axound the benches.
Council is requested at this time to authorize the transfer of$3,195.00 from our donation account to operating account
#101-45100-01-223.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the expenditure of the $3,195.00 for the purchase or benches
and associated material costs and to approve the amendments to the budgets as given on the attached donation
revenue worksheets.
