According to the donation policy, Council must approve expenditure from the donation account. Please consider the
following transfer.
The Rosemount Jaycees and the Parks and Recreation Department will conduct the 9th Annual Run for the Gold on
Saturday, July 29, 1995. The t-shirts for this event are partially paid for by the $700.00 donation. Council is requested
at this time to authorize the transfer of$700.00 from our donation account#101-22223.6 to the Track and Field account
#101-45100-01-315.7.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the expenditure of the $700.00 for the 1995 Run for the Gold
t-shirts and to approve the amendments to the budgets as given on the attached donation revenue worksheets.
