According to the donation policy, Council must approve expenditure from the donation account. Please consider the
following transfer.
The Rosemount Jaycees and the Parks and Recreation Department conducted the 6th Annual Egg Hunt on Saturday, April
8, 1995. This event is funded by a$1,700.00 donation from the Rosemount Jaycees to assist with operational and supply
expenses.
The Council is requested at this time to authorize the transfer of$1,700.00 from our donation account #101-22223.5 to
the Egg Hunt account#101-45100-01-315.7.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the expenditure of the $1,700.00 for the 1995 Egg Hunt and
to approve the amendments to the budgets as given on the attached donation revenue worksheets.
