The purpose of the public hearing is to eonsider an off-sale liquar license
application from Rishi P. Mohabir, President of Rosemount Liquors, Inc.
Mr. Mohabir is the sole owner of Rosemount Liquors, Inc. and will also be
the manager of the store. Police Chief Knutsen conducted a background
check on Mr. Mohabir, and his record is clean. He has paid the required
license and investigation fees. To date he has not submitted proof of
liquor liability insurance; and therefore I recommend City Council approval
of the license subject to receiving proof of insurance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE ISSUANCE OF AN OFF-SALE LIQUOR
LICENSE TO ROSEMOUNT LIQUORS, INC. EFFECTIVE THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1995
SUBJECT TO THE CITY CLERK RECEIVING A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR LIQUOR
LIABILITY INSURANCE.
