Mr. Don Carroll is requesting approval of a plat that will create eight single family detached lots
on the northwest comer of 145th Street West and Chili Avenue. A public hearing is necessary to
receive testimony regarding the subdivision.
The planning Commission is scheduled to review this request on September 26, 1995.
Recommended Action: A MOTTON to schedule a public hearing to hear testimony regarding
the Carrollton Subdivision for 8:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Tuesday, October
3, 1995.

2875 145th Street West, beginning at 8:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. The public hearing
will be conducted for the applications as listed below:
