For the last three years, Mr Earl Marotzke has received a permit to hunt
deer and waterfowl on his 102 acres of land located in northern Rosemount
which is in the "R" area of the Rosemount Hunting and Shaoting map.
Mr Marotzke would like to renew his permit for himself onlv to hunt deer
and also to authorize his sons and one �uest to hunt waterfowl on their
property during the 1995 Minnesota hunting season which is not in conflict
with state law or regulations.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE A COMBINED PERMIT ISSUED BY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO AUTHORIZE EARL MAROTZKE (ONLY) TO HUNT DEER
AND TO AUTHORIZE EARL, HENRY, AND DONALD MAROTZKE AND ONE GUEST TO HUNT
� WATERFOWL ON THEIR PROPERTY DURING THE ESTABLISHED 1995 HUNTING SEASON.
