The Selection Committee for the hiring of Arena Manager has completed a thorough selection process and
recommends George Mikutowski for the position. After interviewing eight candidates, the Selection
Committee chose George Mikutowski based upon his exceptional overall qualifications.
George currently holds the position of Assistant Arena Manager with Victory Memorial Ice Arena in
Minneapolis, and has served in this capaciry for over twelve years. George accepted the offer at a salary
of $32,000, which falls in the approved salary range for this position. George will begin his position on
February 1, 1995.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to hire George Mikutowski as Arena Manager with a starting date
of February l, 1995, subject to a successful pre-employment physical and driver's license check.
