The attorneys that will be representing the City, Hoff, Barry & Kuderer a.s recommended from the League
of Minnesota. Cities, has asked the City to sign a Consent Agreement (see attached).

RECOMMEINDED ACTION:
MOTION to direct City Administrator Burt to represent the City of Rosemount with his signature and to
approve the Consent Agreement with Hoff, Barry & Kuderer for the Muller Family Theatres court case.
