I would like to introduce Todd Winters as our Community Service Officer.
Todd is a Rosemount Resident and a current Rosemount Police Reservist.
Todd graduated from Rosemount High School and has received an Associates
Degree in law enforcement at Inver Hills Community College.
Todd is scheduled to work 25 hours per week as a Community Service Officer
and will be responsible for animal control as well as enforcing many of our
ordinances.
