The Planning Commission also recommended approval of the permit renewal with one minor change to the conditions which regulate the mining activity. The city has not received any complaints in the last year regarding the on-going mineral extraction process. The location is lJ2 mile west of Rich Valley Blvd. (Cty Rd 71) and about 1.2 miles north of County Road 38 . Recoa�ended Action: A MOTION to schedule a public hearing for Tuesday, March 7, 1995 to be held at 8 :00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public testimony regarding the 1995 Lance Johnson Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal.
