Rechtzigel, 14727 Clayton Avenue East. This initiative is intended '
to facilitate this request in anticipation of a significant '
increase of development reviews. -
The Planning Commission will review the proposal on May 9, 1995 so
that a recommendation will accompany the public hearing.
NOTE: Due to computer program difficulty, generation of a mailing
list was delayed and, unfortunately, unavailable before the
packet deadline. A ma.iling Iist wi11 be distributed to you
prior to your meeting on Tuesday, May 5th.
Recommeaded Action: A MOTION to schedule a public hearing for
Tuesday, May 16, 1995 at 8 :00 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as
possible, to hear testimony regarding the request from JoAnn and
Ma.rlin Rechtzigel, property owners, for an agricultural lot
subdivision of their property located at 14727 Clayton Avenue
East.

NoTTCE Is HIItESY G�v�x, the City Council of the Ciry of Rosemount will hold a public hearing
to consider the item listed below on Tuesday� MaX 16, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City
I3all, 2875 145th Street West, beginning at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. This
public hearing pertains to property located at 14727 Clayton Avenue Fast, legally described as
follows:
The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 25, Township 115, Range 19, Dakota County, :
Minnesota, lying easterly of the westerly right-of-way line of the fozmer Chicago and
Northwestern Transportation Company railroad. Subject to easements for rights-of-way for
State Highway No. 52 and Dakota County Road No. 42.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a lot division of property in the
Agriculture District res�lting in one ten-acre parcel and one 80-acre parceL
Persons wishing to comment on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at the Tuesday,, Mav
�,.1995 Ciry Council Meeting at 8:00 p.m. Formal written comments will also be accepted
prior to the meeting date. Please forward all comments and inquiries to the Planning Division of
the Community Development Department.
