The Dakota County 40 & 8, Voiture 1457 has requested approval from the city
council to have raffles, pull-tabs, paddlewheels and tipboards at their
annual chicken barbeque at the American Legion on July 29 and 30, 1995.
This is an annual request from the organization and approval would allow
the State gambling board to issue a temporary license.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION
FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE SUBMITTED BY DAKOTA COUNTY 40
& 8, VOITURE 1457
