ISSUE
At our last meeting we discussed the potential sale of the Canada Circle property and whether to
include the dump site or not, to an interested party. As part of the discussion staff has indicated that
the sale would be linked to sale of the Polfus site, in Downtown, to the City. The interested party, and
Polfus site owner, Dave Finnegan indicated he was interested in speaking directly with the Port
Authority. He is scheduled to attend the March 21, 2017 meeting. Staff will provide a verbal update at
the meeting.
