At its meeting held on Ma.rch 28, 1995 members of the Planning
Commission recommended approval of a text amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance known as the Fast Track Ordinance. The ordinance
authorizes a streamlined site plan approval procedure and
establishes enhanced site design standards.
The Planning Commission also recommended that the City Council
conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendment as required by
the City' s Zoning Ordinance. A suggested hearing date is Apri1 18,
1995.
Prior to the Council ' s public hearing, the Port Authority will also
be provided an opportunity to review and comment on the draft
ordinance.
Recommeaded Actioa: A MOTION to set a public hearing for April
18, 1995 at 8:00 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as possible, to
receive public testimony regarding a zoning ordinance amendment
establishing a Fast Track site plan approval process and enhanced
building and site design standards for the BP Business Park
District.

TEXT AMENDMENT TO
CITY OF ROSEMOUNT ZONING ORDINANCE
(Fast Track Ordinance)
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
No�cE Is H�sY G�vnv, the City Council of the City of Rosemount will hold a public
hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesda.y, April 18, 1995 in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as possible.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider a text amendment to Ordinance B - G`ity of
Rosemount Zoning Ordinance known as the Fast Track Ordinance which authorizes a
strearnlined site plan approval procedure and establishes enhanced site design standards.
A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review and comment at City Hall located
at 2875 145th Street West, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday.
Persons wishing to comment on the proposed amendment are invited to attend this public
