Mallard Pond is a proposed subdivision in the Agriculture District consisting of two lots and an outlot. The two lots are five and 15 acres, intended for residential use at the agriculture density of one per ten acres. The remaining parcel of approxima.tely 150 acres will be an outlot. On February 14, 1995 the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed Mallard Pond subdivision and recommended approval. The Planning Commission also recommended that the public hearing be set as required by the Ordinance. Recommeaded Action: A MOTION to schedule a public hearing for Tuesday, March 7, 1995 to be held at 8: 00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public testimony regarding the Mallard Pond agricultural subdivision ro osal. The public hearing listed below pertains to property situated east of Bacardi Avenue and north of County Road 38. This subdivision is proposed to be located on the following legally described property: The South Half of the Southeast Quarter(S�/of the SE'/.�)of Section 16,Township 115,Range 19,Dakota County,�linnesota,except the north 600.00 feet themof.
