RE: Council Agenda Additional items for the Consent Agenda
Planning Staff is requesting that public hearings be set for August 1, 1995 regarding the
following items:
1. Wensmann Homes, �nc. - Concept Residential Planned Unit Development and
preliminary plat for 18.5 acres of land between Dodd Blvd., Shannon Parkway and
145th Street West.

2. Dakota County HRA - Concept Residential Planned Unit Development,
Comprehensive guide plan amendment, preliminary plat and rezoning for
approxunately 2.2 acres of property on the west side of Cameo Avenue between 146th
Street West and Lower 147th Street West.
The Planning Commission is scheduled to review these items at the July 25, 1995 regular
Planning Commission Meeting. Recommendations will then be forwarded to the City
Council agenda for the public hearings on August l, 1995:
