Planning staff is requesting a Public Hearing be set for August l, 1995 for the Wensmann Homes, Inc. Concept
Residential Planned Unit Development and preliminary plat for 18.5 acres of land between Dodd Blvd., Shannon
Parkway and 145 Street West.
The Planning Commission is scheduled to review this item at the July 25, 1995 regular Planning Commission
Meeting. Recommendations will then be forwarded to the City Council agenda for the public hearing.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
MOTION to set the Public Hearing for Wensmann Homes, Inc. Concept Residential Planned Unit
Development and Preliminary Plat for 18.5 acres of land between Dodd Blvd., Shannon Parkway and 145th
Street West, for August 1, 1995, at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
