They wish to sell liquor in conjunction with their annul steak fiy. Like last year, the bar will be set up under the pavilion, and the pavilion will be fenced in. They have paid the required fee and have the necessary insurance. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE A ONE DAY TEMPORARY ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE PERMIT FOR THE ROSEMOUNT AMERICAN LEGION EFFECTIVE JULY 28, 1995. COUNCIL ACTION:
