The review process for the Rosemount Village Square Commercial Planned Unit Development rec�uires a public hearing prior to the City Council' s consideration of the final development plan and the _ preliminary plat. The site for the shopping center is already zoned C-4 General Commercial. The Planning Commission reviewed the c.oncept on January 11, 1994 and the refined development plan on February 22, 1994. The Planning Commission recommended the setting of the public hearing at the February meeting in addition to their recommendation of a�Proval . a Recommended Actioa: A MOTION to set a public hearing on March 15, 1994 at 8 :00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to hear public testimony regarding the Rosemount Village Square Planned Unit Development and preliminary plat.
