I am recommending the purchase of the following miscellaneous items for the
administrative offices at the Rosemount Community Center: eleven
wastebaskets, thirteen recycling containers, one paper cutter, two basic
wall clocks and ten �aulti-outlet strips. These items would be purchased
from Business Essentials for an approximate price of $407.31.
I am recommending the purchase of the following items for customer use at
the Rosemount Community Center: three steel easels complete with boards,
one economy pack of easel pads, four sets of flip chart markers, six sets
of dry erase markers and erasers, four 25 foot heavy duty extension cords,
two 12 foot standard extension cords. These items would be purchased from
Business Essentials too for an approximate price of $574.92.
Other items also desired to purchase for customer use at the Community
Center include two coffee pots, two serving carts and trays, several hot
and cold beverage carafes, and five outdoor ash urns. These items would be
purchased from the St. Paul Bar and Restaurant Supply for approximately
$500.00 and Kay Park Recreation for a total of $547.00.
Many of the items indicated above for customer use will be rented at a per
use charge.
All the above items are purchased out of Community Center construction
account #427-48000-01-580.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the purchase of Community Center
miscellaneous items in the amount of $2,029.23.
