ATTACHMENTS: Three Quotes APPROVED BY:
In order for the Community Center staff to maintain the facility in top
condition, it is necessary to have the appropriate cleaning equipment. I
have prepared a list of equipment desired to purchase and have completed a
comparison product available from three vendors. Quotes from Hillyard
Floor Care Supply Company, Savoie Supply Company, Inc. , and Rochester
Midland are attached.
I would like to recommend that the cleaning equipment be purchased from
Hillyard as I received the most reasonable quote from them, their product
specifications are superior to the other vendors and they are-also a local
manufacturer which I believe would be beneficial to the Community Center.
The purchase price received from Hillyard F1oor .Care Supply Company is
$9,200.42 and would be funded out of the Community Center construction
account 427-48000-01-580.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to authorize Community Center to purchase
cleaning equipment from Hillyard Floor Care Supply Company for $9,200.42
