According to the donation policy, Council must approve expenditure from the donation account. Piease consider the
following transfer.
The Rosemount Jaycees and the Parks and Recreation Department conducted the 5th Annuai Egg Hunt on Saturday,
April 2, 1994. This event is funded by a S2,000.00 donation from the Rosemount Jaycees to assist with operational
and suppfy expenses.
The Council is requested at this time to authorize the transfer of 51,832.06 from our donation account#101-22223.5
to the Egg Hunt account #1 01-45 1 00-01-3 i 5.7 and the amount of $167.94 to account #101-45100-01-349.2.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the expenditure of 82,000.00 for the 1994 Egg Hunt and to
approve the amendments to the budgets as given on the attached donation revenue worksheets.

Department in covering the operational expenses and sup�plies for the 5th annual
Egg Hunt. This event is offered to youths as a recreatoinal program in whicti they
