As a result of the Request for Proposals for legal services, the City has
receive proposals from six law firms. A review team made up of myself, Ron
Wasmund, Lyle Knutsen, Bud Osmundson and Susan Walsh have met and discussed
the merits of each of the law firms that presented proposals, We will be
providing to you our recommendations.
This is a reguest for Council to set a special council meeting during the
week of July llth for the purpose of interviewing representatives from the
six law firms. Please consult your calendars so we can select a date and
time.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO SET A SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING FOR
, BEGINNING AT P.M. FOR THE PURPOSE OF
INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES FOR LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE CITY.
