The Planning Commission supported the idea because it resolved concern� identifie� b� the Com�ii��ion regarding smal�l remnant parcels with limitations for de�elopment. , � 4 Recommeaded Action: A MOTION to adopt A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 2, ROSEMOUNT BUSINESS PAR.R. City Couacil Action: 7-05-94.005 l f CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAROTA COUNTY, NiINNESOTA RESOLt7TION 1994- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR LOT l, BLOCR 2 - ROSEMOUNT BUSINESS PARR D�BEREAS, on December 7, 1993 the City Council held a public hearing to receive public input on the Rosemouat Business Park preliminary plat and approved the preliminary plat subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, the Port Authority of the City of Rosemount has met the I conditions of the preliminary plat and are now requesting final I plat approval for Lot 1, Block 2 - Rosemount Business Park; and ' WHEREAS, on June 28, 1994 the Planning Commission of the City of ' Rosemount reviewed and forwarded their recommendation to City' ' Council for approval of the Lot l, Block 2 - Rosemount Business" Park final plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby approves the final plat for Lot 1, Block 2 - Rosemouat Business Park final plat, subject to: 1) approval of the grading and utilities plans by the city engineer; 2) approval of drainage and utility easements by the city engineer; and 3) dedication of park trail easement in conformance with park dedication requirements .
