Metro East Region, of Northem States Power Company to appear before the City Councit
to answer any questions you may have regarding the Prairie Istand Generafing Plant. NSP

Caslt Storage project.
If your City Cauncil is interested, I would gladfy appear before them to address any
questians they may have on the Dry C�sk Storage project, t wautd also be avaifable to
ccaordinate a ptant #our for any Ci#y Council, City Staff andlor citizens from the City of
Rosemount and surrounding areas.
