TO WHOM IT MAY CONGERN:
NoTTCE IS HE�BY G�v�t, the City Council of the City of Rosemount will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, Apri15, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street
West, beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the O'I.eary's Hills
Seventh Addition Rezoning Petition. The public hearing pertains to a single faznily residential
develop�ent that will extend the existing 153rd Street easterly to Chokecherry Avenue on
pmperty legally described as follows:
That part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S'h of NE'la) of Section 31, Township
1I5, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota Iying southerly and easterly of O'LEARY's �ia,zs
FtFt'H ADnrr�oN, according to the recorded plat thereof; easterly of O'LEARY's HII.Ls
