The Port Authority is requesting a rezoning of the firsC lot in the
Rosemount Business Park. This lot will be rezoned from AG
Agriculture to BP-2 Business Park. The new designation is
consistent with the movie theater proposal and relevanti discussions
that took plaee during the Business Park Zoning Text Amendment
process.
On March 8, 1994 the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the rezoning and the setting of the public hearing.
Recommended Action: A MOTION to set a public hearing on April
5, 1994 at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as passible to hear
public testimony regarding the Rosemount Business Park rezoning
from Agriculture to BP-2 Business Park.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTTCE IS HERESY G�vEN, the City Council of the City of Rosemount will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, April 5, 1994 in the CQuncil Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th
Street West? beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The public hearing
listed below pertains to the pmperty generally located east of Highway 3 and south of
County Road 42. The proposed area for the rezoning of the Rosemount Business Park plat
consists of approxunately 80 acres and legally described as follows.
- Lot 1, Biock 1, Rosemaunt Business Fark -
The putpc�se of this hearing is to consider a rezaning from AG Agriculture to BP-2
Business Park of the above described property. The proposed �oning district is cansistent
with the pmposed movie theater use of the property.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this meeting on
1`tiesdav. Apri1 5. 1994 at 8:(}Q .m. Formal written comments will a:lsa be aecepted
prior to the meeting date. Please forward all comments and inquiries to the Planning
