The total estimated cost of said improvements is 5639,000. City Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director � � � � ATTACHMENTS: Resotution QPP VEQ Y: This item is a Public Hearing for the public improvements for O't.eary's H'rlls �th and 8th Additions. The project consists of the installation of new utiiities and street construction. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive questians and comments regarding this project from the general public, and for Council to publicly approve the project and to proceed with plans and specifications. A legal notice of the hearing has been pubfished as required by law and affected property owners have been sent notices. The total project cost is $670,0�0 which includes $12,000 of trunk sanitary sewer funding. The remaining $65e,000 is proposed to be assessed to O'Leary's Hifts 7th and 8th Additions which are owned by Parkview Inc., and to Carrausel Plaza South, �utlot A. The two additions may be phased, with the seventh completed in 1994 and the remaining 8th addition to be completed in 1995. Dave Simons, P.E., from SEH Engineering wifl present a brief overview and along with Staff, be avaitable for questions. Staff recomrnends approval of the project and ordering preparation of plans and specifications. '� C1TY OF ROSEMOUNT � DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 1994 - A RESOLUTION FOR THE APPROVAL AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATFONS FOR O'tEARY'S HILLS 7TH AND 8TH ADDfTION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT #'s 253 & 254 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount by a unanimous vote ordered a feasibility report for O'Leary's Hills 7th & 8th Addition Street and Utiiity tmprovements, City Project #'s 253 & 254; and WHERfAS, the City Council has received and accepted the feasibitity report on March 2, 1994 for City Project #'s 253 & 254; and WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and he{d a public hearing on March 15, 1994 to . receive input on these projects. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders the improvements of O'Leary's Hills 7th & 8th Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #'s 253 & 254.
