This item is a continuation af the public hearing for the public improvements for Shannon
Hills 6th Addition.
Ground Development Carporation President Steven Fiterman is again requesting a
continuance of the Public Hearing until April 5, 1994 because of his being out of the area
for personal reasons.
Staff recommends that Council make a motion to continue the public hearing as
requested.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING TO APRIL 5,
1994.
