ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR 4 . A. ATTAC�SENTS: NONE APPROVED B J On July 27 port authority and city staff people met with Dr. Kurt Walter- Hansen and his architect, Chuck Novak. Discussion items included the site plan, development agreement, park board review, and timetables for project approval. We were able to reach agreement on the issues that were of concern to the port authority and that Mr. Topitzhofer noted as park board concerns. As far as a chronology is concerned the next immediate steps will be: 1. August 2 : Cit council considers transfer of land to the Y developer. 2 . August 4 : Park board addresses park dedication issue. 3 . August 9 : Planning commission reviews site plan. 4 . August 16: Port authority holds public hearing on sale of property.
